Having many years of experience in the dining furniture manufacture and coorperation with our foreign customers, we definitely have the ability to turn your design paper into a true furniture entity.

Customized Design Layout
After receiving the design drawing from customers, our R&D team will review the drawing and provide professional suggestions if necessory. Details will be discussed including sizes, materials, color, cost, etc.
Confidentiality agreement is signed to ensure customer’s designs will be kept confidential.

Pre-production Sample
Pre-production sample will be ready in 10-15 days based on the final version of design drawing and contract. The sample will be confirmed and signed by customers, which will be the quality standard of mass production. Meanwhile, safety packaging will be designed by by us and confirmed by customers.

Mass Production
Mass production begins once deposit is received.

Quality Control
Our QC staffs will monitor the whole production process including materials, semi-finished products, finished products and packaging.
Customers are welcomed to inspect the products after they are ready for shipment.
We have a complete quality control system and relevant quality control manual.

Shipment
After confirming all issues with customers, our shipping department will book the vessel and arrange the container loading.
We’ll try our best to make full use of the container space when loading. Once the vessel sails, a full set of import documentatoin will be provided to you.
